Shipping from China

Address-change and cancellation requests should be emailed to admin@lune-pet.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but a request is not confirmed until LUNE replies in writing.

Because pieces may enter preparation or production quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once work has begun.

A billing address may be different from the recipient’s shipping address, including when a customer is sending a gift to a companion in another country.

For payment security and seller-protection purposes, the address supplied to our fulfilment partner must match the authorized shipping address recorded for the transaction. If a new address cannot be safely applied after payment, we may ask the customer to cancel and place a new order instead.

Orders dispatch directly from our manufacturing partner in China. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, France and Spain takes an estimated 7–10 business days after dispatch. Preparation time is additional, giving an estimated total of 8–12 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; customs, carrier delays and public holidays may affect delivery.

We process orders Monday to Friday, with a daily cut-off at 17:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, an address change or carrier interception might not be possible. Tracking details are provided when available.

During an announced sitewide free-shipping event, the offer applies until the date shown on the website. Otherwise, any LUNE collar and any LUNE leash purchased in the same order unlock free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, France and Spain, with no minimum order value or design or colour matching requirement. Orders without both items use the shipping rate shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination, unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.

Christmas Early Bird runs through 25 November. The Christmas collar and optional matching leash both receive 12% off. Christmas orders enjoy free standard shipping through 26 December 2026, 23:59 Beijing time (UTC+8), with no minimum or pairing requirement; opening offers are separate.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Contact admin@lune-pet.com promptly if tracking shows an exception, loss, or delivery problem so that we can investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s country or region.
